  • Mental Health Awareness & Education
    Hosting workshops, community forums, and school partnerships to educate individuals about mental health, reduce stigma, and promote early intervention.

    Providing immediate assistance and referrals for individuals and families experiencing mental health crises, ensuring access to safe, compassionate care.

  • Community Wellness Events
    Offering free wellness fairs, stress management sessions, and self-care days that promote emotional balance, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

    Engaging young people through mentorship, life skills training, and mental health education to build resilience and confidence for the future.

Our Developmental Disability (DD) Recreation & Enrichment Programs provide engaging, structured activities that encourage creativity, build confidence, and support meaningful social connections.

About The Program

Our Recreation & Enrichment Programs are designed to provide a welcoming environment where individuals can participate in fun, hands-on activities while building important life and social skills.

Through a mix of creative, movement-based, and interactive experiences, participants are encouraged to explore their interests, express themselves, and connect with others in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.

For Providers & Families

We partner with providers and welcome families to participate in a way that best supports each individual.

Providers are encouraged to attend with their clients to ensure comfort, engagement, and continuity of care, while our team facilitates structured recreational activities.

 

To maintain the flexibility and quality of our programming, this service is offered on a self-pay basis. Insurance and waiver funding are not accepted at this time.
